The BMW Museum is putting together a new PR campaign for fans visiting Munich: experience the historical city in a vintage car. BMW says it will be providing “chauffeur-driven city tours in exclusive BMW classics”.

Most importantly, here’s what BMW is offering up – depending of course on weather/availability: various cars from the 1930s including the 326 and 335 Cabriolets, and the 1950s BMW 502 “Baroque Angel”.

Here’s the approximately 3-hour route layout:

1) BMW Museum2) “rare inside view” of BMW Welt3) 3-Series plant4) Historic Vehicle Collection at BMW Classic

Break: “After a snack, the chauffeur drives you and your fellow-passengers down Leopoldstrasse to Odeonsplatz.”

5) BMW’s flagship showroom (with champagne reception and tour of the current exhibit)

After the day wraps up, tourers gets a certificate of participation, a gift box, and a BMW Museum ticket and guide. At €90 per seat, where do I sign up?
