China may be on its way to becoming the world’s most important market for the automotive industry but that doesn’t seem to have any effect on local carmakers that continue to “borrow” ideas from their Western counterparts.
While not a direct clone like JAC’s infamous 4R3 pickup truck that unashamedly duplicated the styling of the Ford F-150, it is not hard to see where Zoyte’s T600 study got its looks.
The body of the Chinese crossover model is inspired by the Audi Q5 with the rear-end borrowing a thing or two from Acura’s RDX.
Zoyte has said that it wants to produce the T600, without giving a specific time-frame.
