A 28-year old man has set a new Guinness World Record for fastest skateboard speed from a standing position.

Mischo Erban beat the previous record achieved by Douglas da Silva in Brazil, on October 20, 2007, by 16.9 km/h or 10.5 mph reaching a top speed of 129.94 km/h or 80.76 mph on a road in Quebec, Canada, with a very steep 18-degree incline.

“When we get down to racing, I really do consider myself a human Formula One car,” said the Czechoslovakia born skateboarder, according to the Vancouver Sun. “The only thing is we don’t have a motor.”

Head past the break for the video recording from Erban’s record-breaking run.
