There is nothing new about hit and run incidents, unless of course, they take place in Russia where there seems to be nothing normal about anything that goes on the roads.
The video footage captured by an unrelated vehicle following from behind shows an old Russian sedan t-boning a relatively new five-door model and then continuing on the road as if nothing happened.
The victim then starts chasing the other car which soon after crashes on the side of the road! We cannot be sure if there was any contact between the two vehicles. Oh, and did we mention that the first victim ran away from the scene of the accident?
