After the GranTurismo coupe, it’s time for German luxury and sports car tuner DMC to unleash a conversion kit of the convertible model of the Maserati series, named GranCabrio.

The comprehensive tune includes engine and suspension upgrades, along with new rims and several carbon fiber exterior parts for the soft-top beauty from Modena.

For performance purposes, DMC strapped a supercharger driven by a cogged-tooth belt to the GranCabrio’s 4.7-liter V8 engine, boosting output by 148hp (150PS) and peak torque by 82Nm (60 lb-ft) for a total of 582Hp (590PS) at 7,300rpm and 472Nm (348 lb-ft) of torque at 5,400rpm.

A sport suspension for both the front and rear axles lowers the vehicle’s ride height by around 30 millimeters (1.2 inches).

The exterior of the Italian sports car is upgraded as well, with a newly designed front bumper sporting a lip spoiler, side skirts with “zig-zag” end panels, and a new rear diffuser, all made from carbon fiber.

The looks is completed with the new color-matched 20-inch wheels wrapped around in tires size 255/30 R 20 at the front and 305/30 R 21 at the back.

As of the GranCabrio’s interior, DMC uses leather with a chequered stitch and plenty of carbon fiber trims, along with aluminum pedals and a new steering wheel with a carbon fiber outer rim.
