The new Focus ST is the newest Ford vehicle to be added to the range of Shelby American. Revealed today at the Detroit Auto Show, the Shelby package for the Focus ST will be limited to 500 models year, each priced at a hefty $14,995, not including the car itself that starts from $23,700. That brings the total to 38,695, which is a whole lot of money, especially since it doesn’t include any engine modifications.

What the 250hp ST does get is new suspension pieces that lower the car, a new set of alloy wheels shod in performance tires, along with bigger brakes with drilled rotors and a Borla exhaust.

For the exterior, aside from the wheels, there are three visual graphics packages to choose from ranging from “traditional” Shelby stripes to more edgy Shelby checkered flag splash or competition decals, functional hood vents, hydro-carbon front and rear grille inserts, Shelby lettering and rear Hydro-carbon spoiler.

As for the cabin, there’s a Shelby branded custom interior, complete with a shifter and a unique Shelby CSM badge.

Under the hood, the only change is the Shelby hydro-carbon accents, though, the company stated that it is currently developing an optional performance tune, which it says, “is expected to significantly increase horsepower”.
