The top dog of the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe family is the factory 510hp (517PS) Black Series edition, and if you want us to be more specific, the same model fitted with the extra Aero and Track packages, in which case, you’ve ticked all the available boxes on the options list making some salesperson, extremely satisfied in the process.

Germany’s KTW Tuning is now targeting owners of the Plain-Jane 451hp (457PS) C63 AMG Coupe with a lust for Black Edition feel and power with a performance and styling package labeled the “Black Daimler”.

Some fiddling under the hood lifts output to 518hp (525PS), while KTW also removes the electronic speed limiter for those days you lust to push your limits – on the Autobahn, of course, of course.

It then focuses on the AMG’s looks with a styling kit comprising a new black grille that does away with Mercedes’ star, tinted side and rear windows, and a new set of 20-inch lightweight alloy wheels wrapped in 235/30ZR20 tires at the front axle and 275/25ZR20 at the rear.

The full cost of the kit is €6,599 or about US$8,500.
