There’s no way that the all-new Mercedes-Benz CLA would have gone unnoticed by the aftermarket specialists at Brabus, which has developed a light tuning package for the front- and all-wheel drive premium saloon.

To make the CLA look sportier, Brabus offers Monoblock wheels in diameters of 18 or 19 inches in five different designs. Brabus says the largest version, with wheels sized 8.5Jx19 and tires up to 255/30 ZR 19 for the rear axle, provide even more dynamic looks and handling.

The tuner also fits sport springs, specifically calibrated for the production shock absorbers and high-performance tires. There’s also a quad sports exhaust system integrated in the rear diffuser that Brabus can fit to the CLA regardless of the engine version.

Brabus doesn’t say anything about engine modifications, but rumor has it that the tuner will offer a PowerExtra kit in the future that will push the CLA 250 from 208 hp and 300 Nm (221 lb-ft) of torque up to 245 hp and 385 Nm (284 lb-ft) of torque.

As for the interior, Brabus can fulfill special requests at its upholstery shop. That’s about it for now, but don’t rule out more extensive Brabus tuning jobs for the CLA in the very near future, including a special version based on the CLA 45 AMG.
