August is the month of vacation for Europeans, but this tranquility will be followed by a storm of new models at the 65th Frankfurt Auto Show that will open for the press on September 10 and 11.

Just before the French idle their summer engines, the Renault Group came out with a release informing us that they have prepared two world premieres for the biggest and busiest of automotive shows in the world, including a Renault Concept and the new Dacia Duster.

In regards to the study, Renault said: “The wraps will come off the latest concept car embodying Renault’s vision of the premium automobile. The show will also be an opportunity for visitors to see the six concept cars in the lifecycle design strategy together for the very first time.”

The six concept cars the company is referring to are the previous studies that previewed the brand’s new styling under the leadership of Laurens van den Acker, Renault’s head of design, like the Captur.

As for the “new Duster” which the Renault Group says will be the star on the Dacia stand without providing any additional information, being that the small 4×4 has only been in the market for less than three years, and given the spy shots we’ve seen over the past few months, we can tell you it will be a facelift that will include cosmetic, technology and possibly engine updates as well.
