So we’ve seen all of the photos, presentation videos and officials’ speeches for the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class, but we had not yet had the chance to hear the opinions of some of the people who might actually buy the completely redesigned flagship model. Now, thanks to a video uploaded not so long ago by What Car? magazine, we get an idea of that, and even hear people criticize some of the car’s more or less successful features.
There’s nothing to complain when it comes to the interior, and while some say they were a little put off by its looks from the photos, they have nothing but words of praise once they sit in, cocooned in perforated leather, wood and gadgets.
Regarding the exterior appearance, opinions are split, but it seems that while nobody says it’s a bad looking machine, nobody falls onto their back when struck by its imposing demeanor.
Regardless, it is a hugely important car for the industry, and it’s always nice to have all of the facts, and in this case hearing the opinions of those who already drive luxury cars of similar stature, and can thus make more accurate comparisons and judgments as opposed to the average supermini driver who would be bowled over by any of the new features taken separately, let alone gathered in one single cutting-edge vehicle.
