The sparkles you see in the above screenshot aren’t the result of a cheeky prankster, but of a truck with a hoisted crane that hooked an electrical cable bringing it down to the road and the zebra crossing.
The woman who was walking across the road at that moment avoided stepping on or being whipped by the potentially deadly cable purely out of luck – from what we can tell, she stumbled back and fell by herself.
