While most Ferraris are a rare sight on the road (unless you call Monaco your home), seeing the latest and fiercest object of lust from Maranello, the yet to be released to the public, LaFerrari, is something worth filming and playing the paparazzo game – just as long as you don’t do it from the driver’s seat…
Despite its rarity, two different crews filmed the Ferrari LaFerrari on the road on two separate occasions. The first unplanned get-together happened last week when YouTube author Cvdzijden stumbled upon the 950HP (963PS) hybrid supercar during a test drive of the lesser Ferrari F12Berlinetta.
“During my test drive in the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta we chased a Ferrari LaFerrari on the road,” he said. “In this video you see also the 0-200 km/h acceleration.”
Yesterday, Des Sellmeijer from GT Spirit emailed us about their encounter with the LaFerrari, which they tried to catch up (unsuccessfully), with a 543hp Audi R8 V10 Plus.
