If you ever happened to come across a first-gen BMW X5 E53 with those appalling aftermarket headlamps parroting the look of the Chris Bangle designed 7-Series E65, then you’ll know what Toyota’s special edition Land Cruiser 200 Brownstone reminds me of. If you haven’t, I’ve added a couple pics below, courtesy of this eBay seller.

Who knows what prompted Toyota to give its Russian market exclusive Land Cruiser 200 Brownstone that front end look, but besides the revised head lamp clusters with the black enclosures, the front grille also gains black inserts behind the chrome bars, while the interior is unsurprisingly dressed in light brown leather, mixed with silver and wood trim finishes.

That about wraps it up for the Brownstone model that can be had in both five- and seven seat configurations, with the only engine available being a 4.5-liter diesel engine that’s good for 235-horses and 615Nm paired to a six-speed automatic,
