Chevrolet’s new generation Spark was photographed by our spies undergoing cold-weather testing in Northern Europe. While the camouflage hides much of the next Spark’s styling, one thing we did notice is the absence of the hidden rear door handles on the tip of the back window and the presence of regular handles popping out from the black canvas.

There isn’t a lot of information on the new Spark yet, but last year, GM Korea’s management revealed that the next model would be introduced during the first half of 2015 and that it would continue to be built in South Korea.

While it may seem to U.S. buyers that the current Spark will be short-lived as it only went on sale in early 2012, the city car has been offered globally since 2009.

GM has been mum about a new generation of the Spark EV that was launched onto the market in 2013.
