Apparently, there are many European and in particular, German owners of the Audi RS6 Avant who aren’t content with the twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8’s 552-horses (560PS) and 516 lb-ft (700 Nm) of peak torque that secure a 0-100km/h (62mph) time of 3.9 seconds.

German aftermarket firm HPerformance’s answer to this problem is new power kit that combines the use of a reprogrammed ECU with 70 mm double pipe exhaust system featuring two controllable exhaust valves, and a carbon air-intake solution to bring output to 691hp or 700PS.

And from what the company tells us, this is just the beginning as they’re currently working on two more packages with downpipes and bigger turbochargers that will take output levels even higher, with more information to be released in due time.
