Anyone know what the Italian equivalent for “wow” is, because that’s what you’ll be saying after watching and hearing this video of two rare exotic supercars…illegally, we assume…drag-racing each other in Qatar.

As if the sight of a yellow-colored Ferrari LaFerrari wasn’t enough to turn heads around, Maranello’s 21st century pride and joy was joined by one of the most special production Lamborghinis in history – the Sesto Elemento of which only 20 were made at $2.2 million a pop.

Whereas the extraordinary lightweight Sesto Elemento gets its mojo from a more traditional V10 engine returning 562hp (570PS) that was borrowed from the Gallardo Superleggera, the ballistic LaFerrari relies on a normally aspirated 6.3-litre V12 engine working together with an electric motor to give out a combined 950-horses.
