Shocking footage of a Subaru Outback plowing through a crowd of Ferguson demonstrators in downtown Minneapolis has surfaced online.

The incident occurred at around 4:30 pm on Tuesday near the Minneapolis Police’s 3rd Precinct building at Lake Street and Minnehaha Avenue S. during a rally to protest the refusal of a grand jury to indict police officer Darren Wilson who shot and killed Michael Brown in August.

If you watch the first clip recorded from the ground, you might feel some sympathy for the driver who was surrounded and attacked by the demonstrators.

However, that sympathy might go away once you check the second third video filmed by KSTP’s CHOPPER 5 from above and which shows the Subaru intentionally going around another stopped vehicle and forcefully trying to drive through the crowd.

One woman was hurt during the incident and was treated for injuries, while KSTP quoted Minneapolis police spokesman John Elder as saying that “the driver was not in custody and has not been ticketed”.
