The second generation Audi Q7 has improved on the first model in just about every possible way. Now we can finally catch a glimpse of it in motion.
Maybe it’s fair to say that we were expecting a different type of promotional video when it came to this model. It’s a mid-size luxury SUV, family oriented and packed with all the new gadgets and gizmos that Audi can think of. Instead of something a bit more traditional, Audi shows off their new Q7 in a semi-secluded and free environment, being followed around by an eagle.
No matter, we still get to enjoy the driving clips and the interior shots. The new Q7 is set to go against rival SUVs such as the BMW X5, Mercedes-Benz ML, Porsche Cayenne, Range Rover Sport, Volvo XC90, Lexus RX, Volkswagen Touareg and some may argue, even the JEEP Grand Cherokee.
Fresh off a 325 kg (716.5 lbs) diet, it’s surely going to be more agile and more economic than ever before, especially the e-tron quattro plug-in hybrid version – Audi’s first ever plug-in diesel hybrid.
