Putting aside Spania GTA’s lack of inspiration when it comes to naming its cars, the Spanish firm has been hard at work on an updated version of its GTA Spano supercar.

Set for a world premiere at next month’s Geneva Auto Show, the 2015 GTA Spano will feature a new iteration of the Dodge Viper-sourced V10 with a displacement of 8.0-liters instead of 8.3-liters aided by twin-turbos to produce 925hp and 1,250Nm (921.8 lb-ft) of torque, an increase of 25hp and 250Nm (184 lb-ft) respectively.

The Spaniards quote a 0 to 100 Km/h (62mph) acceleration time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed of over 370 km/h (+230mph).

The revised GTA Spano’s chassis and body use carbonfibre, titanium, Kevlar and for the first time, graphene, a one-atom-thick sheet of carbon atoms arranged in a honeycomb.

Production of the supercar will be limited to just 99 units worldwide.
