Ram has unveiled the 1500 Ignition Orange Sport and 1500 Black Sport limited edition models, which get exterior and interior styling upgrades.

The Ram 1500 Ignition Orange Sport features a limited edition bright orange paint and body-colored accents, while the 1500 Black Sport takes design cues from the Black Express package, including black 20-inch wheels and a sport hood.

On the inside, the Ignition Orange Sport model features body color accent stitching, Sport embroidery on the seat backs, orange Ram’s head on the headrests and orange sport mesh on the seat inserts.

The Black Sport model interior is nearly all black with leather and Light Black chrome accents. Both trucks get the 8.4AN Uconnect system with navigation and standard rear view camera system.

Ram will build 1,000 trucks from each edition, which are available in Crew Cab 4×2 and 4×4. Among the standard features in the Sport trim, both trucks include a 395hp Hemi V8, 8-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission, 3.92 gear set, dual exhaust, vented sport hood and 20-inch wheels.

Orders for the two models open this week, with production starting in April. The packages are equally priced at $1,595, while the starting price of a Ram 1500 Sport Crew Cab 4×2 is $41,020 (excluding $1,195 destination).
