A female driver of a Citroen Xsara learned a painful lesson about the dangers of carrying an unsecured gasoline canister and lighting up a cigarette inside your car.
The incident occurred on May 11, 2015, in the Russian town of Velikiye Luki and was recorded on a dash-cam from a following vehicle.
Even though the fire spread rapidly, the 31-year-old woman was able to get out of the burning car, but not without suffering some non-life threatening burns to her face and hands.
Fortunately, there was no one else inside the car.
