Scoop: Looks Like Lamborghini Is Making A Huracán Super Veloce

If the idea of a lighter, more powerful and more focused Lamborghini Huracán appeals to you, then you might just be in luck.

Our people caught Lamborghini engineers driving what we believe could be a test mule for the Huracán Super Veloce, or SV for short, with new vents cut out at the back with what look like tailpipes peeping through a mesh grille. Whether they are real pipes or something else, is unknown.

The car also seems to be fitted with slightly larger brakes than the regular Huracan.

It only makes sense that Lamborghini will follow the same recipe as for the Aventador LP750-4 SV reducing the Huracan’s weight using carbon fiber and aluminum, optimizing the car’s aerodynamics through a more aggressive body kit, giving the mid-mounted 5.2-liter V10 engine that produces 602hp (610PS) in the standard model a bit more power and improving the chassis.

Of course, the formula would also include a limited production number with a matching price tag…
