Taking into account its more or less retro styling, the Challenger can be a difficult car to fit with custom wheels, especially if they have a modern design.

We’ve seen these very same CVT-Series wheels from Vossen on another Dodge recently. Except that was the Charger SRT, a saloon that doesn’t look anything like a 70’s muscle car.

Fortunately for this Challenger, the wheels and the gray body match almost perfectly, making the car look really good – classy and contemporary at the same time if you will.

Contrast-wise, the red calipers do a great job, just like the twin racing stripes.

And just to clarify, this is the SRT 392 model, which is nowhere near as fast as the Hellcat, with “just” 485 HP and 644 Nm (475 lb-ft) of torque. Even so, it will hit 100 km/h (62 mph) in about 4.5 seconds – similar to the Charger SRT 392.

If it was up to me, I’d fit the Challenger with wheels that look a bit sportier, rather than fancy, but hey, to each his own, right?

Regardless, this is a very good looking car.
