That is, of course, a rhetorical question, since anything that has to do with making the F-Type even more hardcore could only be seen as a good thing by car enthusiasts.

We’ve seen this car camouflaged on the Nurburgring, where we noticed the large air vents and the fixed rear spoiler.

We even saw a few renderings that really captured our imagination. Believe me when I say that the only thing better than looking at a picture of the F-Type is actually seeing it “in the flesh”.

It’s one of the most beautifully designed sports cars…ever, and if they’re making a Coupe SVR version, why stop there and not make a Convertible as well?

That’s what we’re looking at here, a very well rendered Convertible version of the upcoming SVR, a car that will reportedly pack around 600 HP and come with an all-wheel drive system. Since the current 550HP V8 supercharged model can hit 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.1 seconds, we’d wager the SVR version is going to drop close to the 3.5 seconds mark .
