This Is How You Save Your Car On The ‘Ring Like A True Boss

Was this Porsche Cayman GT4 driver very talented or did he just get lucky?

We think we’ll go with both, though we’re going to give talent (and composure) a bit of an edge here.

The racing driver of the Cayman GT4 with the 911 GT3 face (anyone know what’s with that?), had a mishap on one of the Nordschleife’s sharper turns during a recent race for the VLN Endurance Championship, and stepped on the grass which led the car to oversteer towards the fence.

We’ve seen what happens in these cases with many other less experienced drivers, but this guy, with a little nudge from Lady Luck, drifted his way to safety and back on the track to continue the race losing only a small plastic piece from the Cayman GT4 in the process.

Watch the clip below and tell us what you think.
