What’s Renault-Nissan Cooking Under This Compressed Note Test Mule?

We caught engineers from the Renault-Nissan group testing an unknown vehicle in Southern Europe.

What we know about it is that, the vehicle came out of a Renault test facility and that it’s wearing a modified body from the current Nissan Note with a shorter wheelbase (take…note of the smaller rear doors) and wider tracks on both ends.

If it’s not an early prototype for a specific, upcoming model from one of the group’s brands, they could be using the test mule to hide a new platform that’s being developed for a variety of small cars such as the next iteration of the Renault Clio and Nissan Micra superminis

Without any additional information, our guess about what the group is testing here is as good as yours is, so don’t let that stop you from speculating in the comments below.
