The force is strong with this one. No, this is not a Fiat 500 inspired by a Panda, but rather a tribute made by Garage Italia Customs to the iconic Star Wars saga

In anticipation of the seventh episode of the movie series, Lapo Elkann’s company – specialized in bespoke and customized creations – presented an electric-driven Fiat 500 dedicated to “the most famous sci-fi” epic at the Los Angeles Auto Show. Called the 500E stormtrooper, the vehicle’s interesting paint-scheme is obviously inspired by the armor of the First Order Legion (the guys really bad at shooting their enemy).

As if the white-black chromatic finish wasn’t evident enough, the project’s attention to detail and commitment to the fictional organization extents all the way to the windshield and side windows, where a 100% tinted film was used in order to transform the car into the recognizable helmet – complete with visor. As a matter of fact, the whole ensemble kind of resembles the fleet of Dodge Chargers used by Uber, not so long ago.

Anyway, as you’d expect, even the interior of the little Fiat was adorned with black and white leather and Alcantara, staying true to the car’s motif. It isn’t the definition of cool, but the seats, with the First Order insignia hand-embroidered on the headrests, may appeal to the diehard Star Wars fan.

Garage Italia Customs says that much like the stromtrooper armor itself, this 500E brings together modern technology and functionality, but with added classic Italian design. So, after seeing this project, are you still willing to join the Dark Side?
