Following a wide array of modified high-end exotics, Liberty Walk continues its radical tuning streak with the Maserati GranTurismo.

After leaving its unique print on quite a few machines, from the Gallardo to the 458 Italia, the tuning house turned its attention to the Maserati GranTurismo and the result is truly stunning. Or at least it will be, since the project is only previewed (for now) with these renderings.

The elegance of Pininfarina’s original design is replaced by sheer aggressiveness that makes this project look like a street-legal MC Trofeo that just escaped the confines of the racing track.

This is accomplished by various add-ons, including widened fender flares, a Rocket Bunny-inspired spoiler, front splitter and rear diffuser. The racing look is also emphasized by the low stance, which most likely uses an AirREX air suspension system to slam the car to the ground. The over-fenders are nicely integrated into the body, especially the front ones, as they seem to sport Maserati’s iconic three side vents – which could be very functional and allow the airflow to exit the wheel wells, thus minimizing air turbulence.
