If you consider yourself a real petrol head then there’s a very good chance that when you were young, you were obsessed with remote-controlled cars.

Offering kids the opportunity to unleash their inner speed demon, learn the basics of driving and just have a wildly entertaining time, remote-controlled cars can be cheap and capable of speeds bettering real-life supercars. But imagine how cool it was if a real supercar was turned into a remote-controlled car?

Well wonder no more as one man has done just that.

The following YouTuber has managed to create a system that can drive his C6-generation Chevrolet Corvette and rather incredibly, claims that it can be controlled solely through a universal control and with a bit of work, could be installed into other cars.

The most awesome element of this creation is that there are no visible signs of it being remote-controlled. The steering wheel, gear lever, brakes and accelerator are all seamlessly operated thanks to some advanced software.

As you could imagine, the man behind the machine couldn’t resist and had to test out the sports car’s remote burnout capabilities and we must say, it performed valiantly!
