Cupra continues to tease its first all-electric vehicle by showing us the first interior photo of the concept that will debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month.

According to Cupra, the as-yet-unnamed design study features a driver-focused cabin that also offers comfort for all occupants. The image reveals a modern dashboard that features a fully digital instrument panel and a multifunction sports steering wheel wrapped in Alcantara that features an illuminated Cupra logo at the center.

We can also spot details including the carbon fiber and copper-colored trim on the door panels, carbon fiber mirror caps, as well as an intriguing ambient lighting system that projects tiny dots on the door panel.

Cupra does not reveal much else but says the car’s sculptured exterior lines are mirrored in its interior which mixes “material and technological concepts with openness and focus to create a cabin that provides the perfect balance between driver orientation and passenger comfort.”

The “high-end, lightweight cabin” features contrasting colors and structural carbon, as well as “the ability to switch its personality to meet the needs of whoever is cocooned inside.”

Envisioned as a high-performance EV concept, the vehicle is said to combine “the silhouette of a four-door crossover, with the presence of an SUV and the sleekness of a sports coupe.” We therefore expect it to adopt the shape of a coupe SUV.
