A 2020 C8 Corvette Stingray has been spotted out and about in the wild and its paint job might just be one of our favorite for the new mid-engined supercar.

Zeus Bronze is one of the new shades introduced to the Corvette family for the eighth-generation and is actually identical to the Bronze Sand Metallic that was launched on the Cadillac ATS-V Coupe and CTS-V Pedestal Edition late last year.

Some have called it nothing more than a shade of brown, but in this clip, it looks superb and glistens gold under the sun, justifying its name. We imagine it looks even better in person. Complementing the dark paint scheme of this car are gloss black wheels and Accelerate Yellow brake calipers. The car also features a number of Accelerate Yellow touches throughout the interior including the contrast stitching and seat belts.

Fortunately for those that don’t like Zeus Bronze, there are a plethora of other attractive paint schemes available for the new C8 Corvette. They include Torch Red, Rapid Blue, Sebring Orange, Long Beach Red, Elkhart Lake Blue, Arctic White, Black, Ceramic Grey, Shadow Grey, Black Silver and Accelerate Yellow, so customers will have no trouble finding the one that suits their taste the best.

If we had to pick an absolute favorite, we would probably go with Long Beach Red as it is eye-catching yet not overbearing like Torch Red – but that’s just us…

Color schemes apart, what makes the 2020 Corvette truly special is its naturally-aspirated 6.2-liter V8 with no less than 495 hp and 470 lb-ft (637 Nm) of torque when equipped with the available performance exhaust that, for the first time in the model’s long and distinguished history, is placed in the middle, right behind the passengers’ cell. Oh, and that shape, of course.
