Ford Kuga has released full UK pricing for the all-new Kuga, which will debut as a First Edition model early next year.

The 2020 Ford Kuga First Edition initial lineup will include Titanium, ST-Line and ST-Line X trims, available with a wide range of powertrains including plug-in hybrid. The high-specification First Edition models are available to order first from £28,145 ($36,870).

The price corresponds to the Ford Kuga Titanium First Edition, which features a B&O premium audio system and the driver’s assistance pack as standard. The latter brings front and rear view cameras, Adaptive Cruise Control and Traffic Sign Recognition.

Ford Kuga First Editions are available with all powertrains including the 2.5-litre 225 PS (222 HP) plug-in hybrid that costs £33,995 ($44,530) on the road. The 2.0-litre EcoBlue 190 PS (187 HP) range-topping diesel engine carries the same price as the PHEV in Titanium First Edition guise.

Kuga First Editions are also available with ST-Line and ST-Line X trims. These models add sporty interior and exterior design cues, a sports suspension, and 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. The ST-Line X First Edition also brings a Handsfree Power Tailgate, panoramic roof and 19-inch alloy wheels for a £31,845 ($41,715) starting price.

Customers who are willing to wait a little longer can get the much cheaper Ford Kuga Zetec, available from £23,995 ($31,430). This base model features FordPass Connect embedded mode, wireless charging, as well as advanced driver assistance and safety features as standard.

Besides the plug-in hybrid, the engine lineup includes two 1.5-liter EcoBoost gasoline units rated at 120 PS (118 HP) and 150 PS (148 HP). The diesel range consists of a 120 PS (118 HP) 1.5-liter EcoBlue, a 150 PS (148 HP) 2.0-liter EcoBlue MHEV mild-hybrid, and a 190 PS (187 HP) 2.0-liter EcoBlue unit. Transmissions include six-speed manuals, eight-speed automatics, and a CVT for the PHEV.
