Limited production models from exotic brands are always accompanied by huge numbers so it’s definitely no surprise that the Aston Martin Lagonda Taraf will reportedly cost around £696,000 in the UK.

The report comes from Autocar which claims that the price first appeared on the website of a specialist dealer before it was removed. Aston Martin will make only 200 of these, originally destined for the Middle East only but the public’s positive response to the new Lagonda, forced the brand’s officials to now offer their latest limited model to select markets like the UK, Singapore, South Africa and in EU-compliant continental Europe.

Besides the exclusivity given by the limited production numbers, the Lagonda Taraf’s almost £700k price (about $1.1million) makes it one of the most expensive luxury saloons of the market. Based on the VH platform, the Lagonda Taraf was developed by the same Aston department that made the Vulcan, featuring a bodywork made out of carbon-fiber and will offer the best possible personalization options through the company’s ‘Q by Aston Martin’ service.

The 550hp V12 engine is the same unit used by the Rapide S, allowing the Lagonda Taraf to reach a top speed of around 200 mph (322 km/h). If you want one and can afford the huge price, I suggest you better hurry.
