Earlier this month, Mitsubishi unveiled its XM Concept at the Indonesia International Auto Show 2016 with a grand total of ONE picture.

Thankfully, attendees at the show were granted a much better look at the concept than the world’s media and the kind folks at AutonetMagz were given an extensive look at the car, meaning we too can see just what the vehicle is all about.

The official word from the automaker is that the XM Concept will spawn a small MPV sometime next year, set to be built locally in Indonesia. Much of the futuristic design is expected to make its way through to the production car, including the impressive looking interior.

As this in-depth clip of the model shows, the cabin is bathed in white leather, particularly across the seats, dashboard, door panels and steering wheel. Although white trim is notoriously difficult to keep clean, the finish of the XM Concept helps highlight the cabin’s airy feel provided by the expansive windshield, very similar to the Tesla Model X’s.

All told, the car looks rather appealing. Here’s hoping the production model is just as impressive.
