Infiniti announced pricing and range details of their new 2017 QX30, the brand’s smallest model currently on offer.

The new QX30 is set to arrive at dealerships nationwide in September and will be available in six trim levels: QX30, QX30 Luxury, QX30 Premium, QX30 Sport, QX30 Luxury AWD and QX30 Premium AWD.

There is only one engine to choose from and that is the turbocharged 208hp 2.0-litre petrol unit paired to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. Other features include Blind Spot Warning, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Emergency Braking and for the first time in an Infiniti an Intelligent Park Assist system for parallel or perpendicular self-parking.

“The all-new QX30 is a tremendous addition to the INFINITI lineup – a powerful statement of our design and technology leadership and a vehicle that we predict will bring a new generation of premium buyers into our showrooms,” said Randy Parker, vice president, INFINITI Americas. “In addition to its striking appearance, the QX30 offers confidence-inspiring handling and an available Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system, making the QX30 the ideal vehicle to take on urban, suburban and winding rural roads in all driving conditions.”

Infiniti is also launching a special reservation programe on their official site for customers wishing to be among the first in line for their new compact model, giving away extra gifts such as GoPro cameras and Bose wireless headphones.

Entry-level FWD models start from $30,945 with the QX30 Luxury AWD model asking for $35,395.
