Among the SUV’s few negatives are the slightly outdated touchscreen displays that are missing Apple CarPlay or Android Auto and the poor 9-speed automatic transmission.
In terms of equipment, you’ve got LED fog lights on advanced grades, heated steering wheel, Surround-View camera system, as well as a couple of optional driving features like the Active Sports Suspension. All 2017 MDX models have Lane Departure Warning and Adaptive Cruise Control as standard.
The 2017 Acura MDX is priced from $45,000, making it just as accessible as the Infiniti QX60, but a lot cheaper than your average luxury SUV from Germany.
