Buy A New House In Dubai And Get A Free Lamborghini Huracan

No, this is not a contest, but clever marketing from property developers.

To benefit from this limited-time offer, one has to buy a selected villa or apartment in Dubai, from Damac Properties, which are priced from Dhs692,000 or the equivalent of $188,400 and upwards – obviously, the Huracan is offered to those who choose the most expensive houses.

These are golf facing villas in Akoya, developed by Damac and Fendi Casa, at the Damac Residenze in Dubai Marina. The offer includes luxury service apartments in the Burj area and Palm Jumeirah Versace-styled villas.

Damac will present the new vehicles to those who will opt for a 20 percent payment of the cost of the property, while buyers who will go for cash discounts will be given several options. The cars include the BMW 730i, BMW X6 xDrive35i and 2016 Lamborghini Huracan, among other luxury models, depending on the type of the property purchased.

The promotion scheme runs between January 1 and February 1, 2016. Note that this isn’t the first time that the property developers have done something of the sort, as two years ago they offered a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster to some buyers of costly  penthouses in Dubai, while others took delivery of a BMW or a MINI Cooper.
