A short test drive of the only one Lotus Evora 400 in the US is enough to make you want one badly.
The fastest production Lotus ever is always going to be a special car with this example being currently the only one in the US.
Matt Farrah had the opportunity for a short blast in the one-and-only US-spec Lotus Evora 400. The British sports car was always praised for its balance and handling as it’s considered to be one of the finest mid-engined sports cars of our time, right up there with the Porsche Cayman.
The Evora 400 is the fastest, most capable version of the series yet, using a supercharged 3.5-litre V6 making 400hp as the name suggests. 0-60mph comes in 4.1 seconds while top speed is rated at 186mph.
As this was Farrah’s first time in an Evora, you can only smile when he slowly but surely realizes the quality of the sports car he’s driving. I bet after watching this video, you will want a Lotus Evora 400 too.
