This V10 Viper-Powered Chrysler 300C Drifter Is Certifiably Nuts [w/Video]

Drift cars come in all shapes and sizes from lightweight two-door Japanese sports cars to Ford Mustangs and even supercars like the Lexus LFA and Lamborghini Murcielago.

But just when we thought we had seen it all, we stumbled upon this; a Chrysler 300C drift car installed with the naturally-aspirated 8.0-liter V10 engine of the Dodge Viper.

David Waterworth competes with the car in the British Drift Championship and mated alongside the Viper engine is a Borg-Warner T-56 six-speed manual transmission. The engine itself has been left untouched and delivers around 500 hp and 525 lb-ft of torque.

While perhaps not the most appealing drift car to look at, the combination of V10 power with rear-wheel drive does make some insane slip angles achievable.
