Following its online leak, the Italian automaker has revealed the updated Giulietta, .

The “new” hatch has minor revisions in its front bumper, a new grille with mesh inserts, revised badging that mirrors the ones of its larger sister, the Giulia, along with new wheel patterns.

Modest changes were made to the cabin as well, which adds revised trim, updated upholstery and the latest version of FCA’s Uconnect infotainment system with Live Services and access to Tom Tom, Facebook, Tweeter, TuneIn, Reuters and Deezer.

The engine lineup consists of four-cylinder petrol and diesel units, with outputs ranging between 120hp and 175hp, while the most powerful version, the Giulietta Veloce, shares its 1.75 lt turbocharged four that’s rated at 240hp and 300Nm (221lb-ft) of torque (340Nm/250lb-ft with overboost) with the 4C sports coupe. Zero to 100km/h (62mph) sprint takes six seconds and top speed is 243 km/h (151 mph).

Besides being more powerful, the Veloce differentiates itself from lesser versions through sportier bumpers, gloss black mirror caps and revised side skirts. Inside, it carries sports seats wrapped in leather / Alcantara, red contrast stitching, faux carbon fiber trim and a flat-bottomed steering wheel.
