We know that Ken Block will be driving a reflective Ford Fiesta rally car in Gymkhana Eight and now it’s been confirmed that the latest installment in the hugely-popular drifting franchise was filmed in Dubai.

Unlike Gymkahana 7 where Block took to the crowded streets of Los Angeles, no spy shots of him filming the new clip have emerged, suggesting that it was shot somewhere in Dubai away from the prying eyes of paparazzi.

In a picture posted on his Twitter account, Block can be seen posing with his Fiesta alongside some of the high-powered cars from the Dubai Police Force, including a Ferrari California T, Maserati GranTurismo and a McLaren 650S.

Officially titled Gymkhana Eight: The Ultimate Exotic Playground, we’re expecting to see the YouTube star drifting around exotics and perhaps a special appearance from his rear-wheel drive Ford Escort.

The video will drop on February 29, just before the 2016 Geneva Motor Show kicks off.
