Hyundai’s Third Super Bowl 50 Commercial Stars Kevin Hart And Genesis

Hyundai has just released its third Super Bowl 50 commercial and as with the previous two, it includes a familiar face and helps promote a brand new model, the 2016 Hyundai Genesis.

Dubbed “First Date”, the 60-second ad will air before the game and stars comedian and actor Kevin Hart as an overprotective father looking out for his daughter on a date.

With similar humor to the company’s ad with Ryan Reynolds, Hart lets his daughter’s mysterious date drive his new Genesis sedan so Hart can use the vehicle’s Car Finder feature, enabling him to track the duo on their first date.

In the Ryan Reynolds ad, Hyundai promoted the pre-collision braking system of the 2017 Elantra while the second ad displayed the sedan’s voice-activated remote start feature. By once again drawing focus to a key piece of technology, this time on the range-topping Genesis, Hyundai will hope to surprise and attract potential buyers with the tech its cars now feature.
