With the premiere of the highly anticipated ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ movie only a month away, FCA US and Warner Bros Pictures have joined forces in a one-of-a-kind co-branded partnership.

This alliance will also bring forth the all-new 2016 Jeep Renegade Dawn of Justice Special Edition, available in dealerships across the country.

It would seem that FCA will make sure to increase consumer engagement leading up to the movie’s premier (March 25th) by incorporating scenes from the movie inside their commercials.

“Our partnership with Warner Bros. and the highly anticipated Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice film allows us to expose the Jeep Renegade and its best-in-class capability to an incredibly vast audience,” said Mike Manley, Head of Jeep Brand FCA Global. “The new Jeep Renegade Dawn of Justice Special Edition boasts a unique, dark appearance package for the most capable small SUV that we’re confident consumers – including millions of moviegoers – will love.”

This new special edition Renegade is available with either a Granite Crystal or Carbon Black exterior, new 18″ Gloss Black wheels, Gloss Black roof (just for the Granite Crystal models) and unique exterior badges.

Inside, the blacked-out theme goes on thanks to the dark cabin, black premium cloth seats and High Gloss Black finishes that also feature Metal Diamond accents around the shifter knob and door handles.

Set to arrive in showrooms later this month, the Jeep Renegade Dawn of Justice Special Edition is based on the Jeep Renegade Latitude 4×4, and comes standard with a 2.4-liter Tigershark engine, 9-speed automatic transmission, Active Drive 4×4 system, ParkSense rear backup camera, remote start, power driver’s seat and dual-zone automatic temperature controls.

The price? $26,250 – or slightly more than you would have spent on the 2015 Renegade Trailhawk 4×4.
