After the VW Up!’s recent update, it might be time to imagine its two siblings receiving the same type of treatment.

The Up! didn’t go under the knife for an extensive facelift, as only the front and rear bumpers were re-worked, along with the headlight and taillight tech and new side mirrors with integrated indicators.

Imagining the Group’s two other offerings receiving the same styling tweaks isn’t that difficult. As far as we can tell, the front fascia wasn’t altered much for either the Citigo or the Mii, but the new, more dynamic spoilers are easy to identify in these renders.

Also, the rear-end pics show different graphics in the taillights, most evident in the rear 3/4 SEAT Mii image.

If these were real updates and not just digital ones, we would have expected to see more customization options, just like the Up!, better interior quality and perhaps a de-tuned version of the new turbocharged 1.0-liter three-cylinder petrol unit sourced from the Golf BlueMotion TSI.
