While the Fullback was presented at last year’s Dubai International Motor Show, this Geneva version can certainly attract more attention.

The differences between this show car and the original Fullback are anything but subtle. It’s got a Liquid Metal Grey body with matte black features such as the mirrors, door handles, sport bar and side steps.

Even the 20″ alloys have diamond black inserts on the spokes, though that front end mainly stands out because of the blacked out grille.

There are also Bi-Xenon headlights, making it easier for you to navigate with the help of the five-speed automatic transmission and the 2.4-liter turbo diesel unit, good for 180 HP. Inside, the Fullback show car comes with plenty of leather as well as anodised copper dashboard inserts and sat-nav.

Fiat chose chose to name this car the “Fullback” because it represents a fundamental position in rugby or American football, where the player has to be capable of dealing with both defensive as well as offensive tasks, so its new model is supposed to be a jack of all trades.
