Until the launch of the new S60 and V60, special editions like these are meant to keep the current-gen models in the spotlight.
For MY 2017 MY 2017, Volvo has introduced a range of attractive exterior and interior updates.
These are joined by the high gloss black features, front and rear bumper inserts, horizontal chrome bars in the grille, integrated tailpipes, a choice of diamond cut 17-inch Rodinia and 18-inch Tucan wheels, retractable side mirrors and rear park assist.
Inside, the Swedish firm has added sport leather seats in off-black or soft beige, black headliner, contrast stitching on the gearshift gaiter, two interior trims, Milled Aluminium as standard and Piano Black as an option, along with a steering wheel, available with built-in heating.
“The S60 and V60 are drivers’ cars. Our focus with the Model Year 2017 Edition is to take this winning concept even further with a combination of fresh design features“, said the firm’s Senior VP for Marketing, Sales and Customer Service, Bjorn Annwall.
Volvo has yet to announce full pricing details and availability on its new special editions.
