One person was injured after a collision between a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder and a Mazda CX-5 crossover that happened in Johannesburg, South Africa, this past Sunday.
While the exact details surrounding the accident are still under investigation, from pictures taken at the scene and posted on Facebook by Netcare911, it looks like the Lamborghini rammed the Mazda on its side sending it toppling over on its head.
“Paramedics arrived at the scene and found the twisted frame of the Lamborghini at the side of the roadway while the Mazda overturned, its wreckage coming to rest on its roof at the side of the roadway,” said Netcare911. “The driver of the Mazda was treated at the scene before medics transported the patient to a nearby hospital. The driver of the Lamborghini escaped uninjured from the accident.”
No further information was provided about the condition of the Mazda CX-5’s driver.
