Five lucky Aston Martin owners experienced the full VIP treatment when picking up their new V8 Vantage S Blades Edition models, taking to the sky in an aerobatic flight experience with The Blades team and then getting around to flying helicopters.

On the ground, they got into an F1 racing simulator and even got to drive their new sports cars with the Aston Martin professional racing team alongside.

The Aston Martin V8 Vantage S Cambridge ‘Blades Edition’ is a unique model, featuring Jet Black painted rear lamp infills, Satin Black painted 10-spoke wheels and orange leather detailing in the carpet, shift paddles and seats.

Each car has the ‘Blades’ logo embroidered on the headrests, while further exterior mods include carbon fiber air vents and front splitter.

In order to make the event as memorable as possible for the 5 owners, Aston Martin Cambridge presented them with a matching black and orange leather photo album of the car’s unique production life story.

“The Blades edition V8 Vantage S is a truly bespoke car, with a subtle hint of orange and a number of unique features, the car looked amazing,” said Andy Offer, one of the owners. “Driving the car on a private runway was incredible and really allowed me to explore the car’s full potential. The Aston Martin Team at Cambridge delivered a fabulous car in the most exceptional way. For me, this was a one-off day and I will never forget it.”

On behalf of Aston Martin Cambridge, Simon Lane added that “The adrenaline fuelled day was remarkable and combined both aviation and automation perfectly. We are delighted it was truly memorable for all of our customers.”
