BAC is going to participate at the 2016 Gumball supercar rally with their specially-tailored Mono.

The Liverpool-based manufacturer will follow the popular supercar parade from its start at Dublin to London and then to Budapest, where it will take part at the scheduled track-day event taking place in the Hungaroring circuit.

BAC will also offer a full track day experience, which includes coaching from the company’s test driver Oliver Webb and a tour around their factory, to the winner of the charity auction scheduled for the event’s last day in a UK circuit of their choice.

“The BAC Mono is at the pinnacle of the supercar world, and we are delighted to have been invited to be present at several key points of this year’s Gumball 3000”, said BAC co-founder and director of product development, Neill Briggs. “We look forward to meeting the fans and showing off the car at the start line in Dublin and again in London as part of the supercar parade.”

Gumball 3000 founder Maximillion Cooper said: “I’m a big supporter of British brands and BAC is one of the coolest automotive companies out there. The Mono supercar looks stunning and I can’t wait to have a go!”

And as you would expect from a Gumball 3000 entry, the specific BAC Mono will be wrapped in a special gold wrap, featuring the event’s logo.
