LaFerrari Spider Already Listed For Sale, Just 70 Will Allegedly Be Made

Barely had Ferrari’s new CEO, Sergio Marchionne, confirmed the development of a LaFerrari Spider that one popped up for sale!

Details remain scarce, but the ad posted on mobile announces its availability six months after order in “EU edition”.

It also claims that 70 units will be assembled and is asking €5.1 million, or $5.86 million at today’s exchange rates, for the upcoming hybrid drop-top, or more than $4 million on top of the coupe‘s initial starting price.

“Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, we are pleased to present you with a synopsis of our, for sale, unique and extraordinary vehicles. All cars are not to be found online and are the result of years of experience in the industry, unique and direct contact with private collectors“, the vendor wrote.

We’re taking the info with a pinch of salt since Ferrari has yet to announce an exact release date and full specs on the LaFerrari Spider, but when it will be unveiled, the hypercar should stay close to the coupe in terms of performance. This means that it will use the same 6.3-liter V12 naturally aspirated V12 engine and electric motor, capable of sending 963 PS (950 HP) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque to the rear wheels, through a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Zero to sixty (96 km/h) takes less than 3 seconds in the fixed roof version and top speed stands at 217 mph (350 km/h).
